As a specialist in school law, Attorney Diana Gondek has represented individual parties as well as schools in education law matters statewide, including school committees, superintendents of schools, school administrators, teachers, and parents, among others. She has served as counsel for the Massachusetts Association of School Business Officials (MASBO).
Over the years Attorney Gondek has represented numerous school committees and collaboratives including the school committees of the Towns of Rockland, Holbrook, Douglas, Swampscott, Tewksbury, Westwood, and Wilbraham, the school committee of the City of Quincy, Erving School Union #28, New Salem/Wendell Joint School Committee, Amherst-Pelham Regional District School Committee, Concord-Carlisle Regional District School Committee, Hampden-Wilbraham Regional District School Committee, Minuteman Regional Vocational Technical District School Committee, S.E.E.M. Collaborative, Concord Area Special Education Collaborative, Cooperative Production Inc., The Education Cooperative, North River Collaborative, North Shore Special Education Consortium Collaborative, Assabet Valley Special Needs Collaborative, and the Massachusetts Organization of Educational Collaboratives.
