Attorney Diana S. Gondek has accrued fifty years of experience as an attorney in education law in the public sector.  She has specialized in the practice of school law since she was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1973.  She has demonstrated her litigation, negotiation, and collective bargaining skills.  She is an experienced lecturer and presenter, and she is a published author.  She possesses effective research, analytical, and problem solving abilities.  She has strong interpersonal and communication skills.  She is a dedicated, fair minded, and creative professional.

In her practice, Attorney Gondek has represented clients in litigation in the trial courts, in appellate practice, and in quasi-judicial hearings before state agencies and adjudicatory bodies, including, among others, the Massachusetts Division of Administrative Law Appeals, the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, the Massachusetts Department of Labor Relations, the Massachusetts Teachers’ Retirement Board, the Department of Unemployment Assistance, and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.  She has also represented her clients in arbitration hearings before the American Arbitration Association.  She gives advice and counsel to her clients on a regular basis by way of written and verbal opinions.
